SESSION STRUCTURE:
Individualized sessions are modified based on your needs, limitations, and goals. You will learn how to safely and effectively modify poses based on your strength and flexibility using yoga props. If desired, you will receive hands-on assists to help you find proper alignment in each posture. It is my intention to help you connect with your muscles, bones, connective tissue, subtle energetic body to create deeper connection within. I am happy to offer follow up guidance via phone or email.
