Students repeating the course with any teacher in Todd Jackson’s lineage receive a 30% discount.
A deposit is required to reserve your place in the workshop. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final payment is due 30 days before the scheduled workshop date. If the remaining balance is not paid in full by that time, your space may be offered to a participant on the waitlist and the deposit forfeited.
In some circumstances, payments may be applied toward a future workshop at the organizer’s discretion.
If there are any issues with timely payment, please reach out. We want to work with you to support your participation whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
If a participant withdraws from the workshop less than 30 days prior to the start of the event, refunds (less the non-refundable deposit) will be issued only if a replacement participant can be found from the waiting list. If no replacement is available, all tuition paid is non-refundable.
Due to the limited size of workshops and the impact of late cancellations on planning and attendance, no refunds are available within 30 days of the workshop start date unless a replacement participant is found.
Embodied Wellness reserves the right to cancel any course, in which case all payments received will be refunded in full. The organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by participants.
Code of Ethics & Conduct
Participants are expected to arrive prepared, fully participate in the workshop environment, and conduct themselves in a way that supports both personal and professional learning while respecting the experience of others.
Students are asked to:
Use the classroom space appropriately
Limit practice to the methods presented during scheduled class times
Respect the feedback and boundaries of practice partners
Be courteous and respectful toward teachers, assistants, and fellow participants
Participants are responsible for informing the instructor in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or other health concerns that may affect participation in class activities.
In some situations, modifications to participation may be recommended to support the safety and wellbeing of all involved.
Health & Illness Policy
Please do not attend class if you are experiencing fever, vomiting, contagious illness, or acute respiratory symptoms.
If illness or emergency circumstances arise, please contact the organizer as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.
