Biodynamic Massage is conscious touch using both subtle and deep pressure to release physical tension and open up energy pathways in your body. When we have physical or emotional trauma, the body creates tension and holding patterns. We listen to your body’s signals to guide us in how much pressure to use and how to physically support you. During each session we focus on one primary area of concern to give the body time to unwind the pattern so that the health created may permeate your whole being.
